[Resolved] Micromax Mobile — Exchanged my phone | |||||
I my here to inform u that i gave my mobile to service center of your company for changing my phone' s digitaliser only. But they return totally different phone of same model. My phone imei no. is totally different from that mobile. And this mobile have extra problem like charging issue, touch is not working properly, having lots of scratches on digitaliser, sound of speaker is not working properly etc. But my mobile has no such problem. And when i went to service center again they said they have no other mobile of this model. So i am giving some details of my mobile and other one Company - Micromax Mobile Name- micromax canvas spark Model No.- q380 IMEI No.- [protected] and the mobile which i got is same but different IMEI No.- [protected] and i have invoice also of my mobile's IMEI No.-[protected] So kindly do something for this error and give me a new mobile phone becoz my mobile is in warrenty too. my mobile invoice no- SB6D58/15-16/213369 name of seller- vikalp ventures bij company vat tin- [protected] company cst no.- [protected] my name is AQIL RIZVI MY Email- [protected]@gmail.com MY NO.- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I bought a micromax canvas express4g 4 month before but mobile was WiFi not connecting so I reach authorised Micromax service center so he say 21 day after u take your mobile but my mobile 45 after mobile not serviced so please service my mobile for few day or gave me mobile cost any one action don't take I call consumer court another one pls call Tamil caller
