Micromax — Mobile, got bad service and cheated | |||
My cell is in warrant gave to the service center due to got smoke in the charger point, hence it is not charging, sent my cell to the service center with my office guy. Scenario 1: The girl in the service center treated so cheaply, arrogantly, and in job sheet she mentioned, mobile is in out of warranty, 2nd ly she mentioned charging pin has been broken, but there is no chance in breaking charging pin, and she took Rs.100 from my boy. Finally i gone to the center, and had a conversation with that same lady (Ms.Sapna), she was to arrogantly answering, saying that if you want service you can take or else you can take your mobile and go, this is the way micromax give service, and I asked to show the broken piece, she has shown, but it is not broken, I have that piece with me same piece I shown in other local service center, they told the piece is good, but it is burnt. Coming back to my warranty:Micromax terms and conditions in the warranty card says that if your mobile is in warranty, but there was any physical damage only for that product purchase will be charged and service charges will be not applied, but in my bill you have charged for service also..
