I have given my new Micromax E313 handset for touch problem on[protected]Mobile model code: [protected]) at M/S HARI HARA ELECTRONICS, D.No: 6-3-864/4/B/1, SBN ARCADE, Opp: GREEN PARK HOTEL, AMEERPET, HYDERABAD-500016.

Its been 25 days and till now i didn't recived the handset. I raised the complaint multiple times through phone & micromax website with reference number: SER[protected].
Whenever i call them they say that it will be done in short time.
The response is unsatisfactory .
Kindly look into this matter.
