Micromax — mobile handset was not working properley

dear sir/madam i have purchases micro max a177 canvas mobile, but this mobile was not working properley, i have give this mobile to your service centre at 3 times in 1 month, i have purchases this mobile on 9th march 2015 on one month this mobile was working very good but last one & half month this mobile was problem, i have give this mobile 3rd time to your services centre job sheet no.w[protected] this mobile in your services centre last 2 days but your people was not trace out my mobile problem. so solve this problem or replace my mobile as early as possible.
