Micromax Mobile — Haven't replaced my defective mobile for a year

I have baught a mobile handset of micromax cg 232 on april 29.2015 which was having major fault in earpiece output so i gave it to servicve centre on may 7 2015,
after that repeated attempt have been made by them to fool m.since then i have visited hundreds of time to their service centre but they were not able to solve my issue.at last they were ready to replace it with other handset on few days back but it was also defective and the process started again.tired if this thing, they should issue a new handset to me as it was defective from day one of purchase.plz help

IMEI [protected]
I submitted my mobile 02/01/2016 to service centre
kalra mobile and computer in Bhopal MP.
Phone no.[protected], [protected] not responding.
60 days have past i log in micare.micromaxinfo.com
reference no.SER[protected]/1/2016, SER[protected], SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected], SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected]. SER[protected], SER[protected], SER[protected] 9/2/2016, SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected] but no responce
I think this is micromax best service
