[Resolved]  Micromax — Mobile is with service center since last 25 days with no update

Hi, This is to inform you that I have been using the Micromax canvas duet 2_EG 111 handset. I bought my mobile in March 2014 but till now not happy with the after sales services of Micromax. Issue here is that, I gave my handset on Nov 26th for screen change to Micromax service center Budaun District ( UP ) but still I am running behind the service centre employees for my handset and the strange thing is that I haven’t received an answer which says that it takes how much time now when I got my mobile back. I can't except this type of service from your own service centre and in future for sure I will go with the market theory that don’t go for an expensive handset from Micromax/Lava and so on. Kindly help as please resolve my problem urgently otherwise I will have to take help of consumer form.
