Micromax — Mobile issue is not solved within warranty. | |||
I bought micromax canvas a177 8 months back. 1)After purchasing of 5 months it started giving trouble. 3G connectivity issue. 2)Then to repair it it takes 45 days & twice I had to submit it to service center. 3) Service center behavior is worst than the govt employee. 4)Once the 3G issue resolved another problem started. Screen got damaged at the time of repair & touch pad was not working. Hanging issue & heating problem started. 5)On 06/06/2015 again submit the mobile for repair, as of now not received & the center response is very very poor. Toll free no are useless. I think Micromax should train its staff who are in front line to serve the customer. They dont know basic rule of customer service, their behavior remind us their qualifications level. After buying, I have used it for 5 months only out of 8 months. Sent so many mails but did not work.
