I have bought your CANVAS 5 around one and half month back and I am getting lots of problem, As per the specification it is 3gb ram but it perform less than 512 mb ram. Battery drains very quickly. even if I make 2/3 calls.
I had a long discussion with your customer executive and your technical person, but all in vein.
It was been told by your technical person to show the mobile to the service centre in Ahmedabad. But I am afraid that they are just your affiliates, not the company's own service station. I am not interested to show my mobile to the same
Why I am not showing the mobile to them is, earlier I was having Q80 mobile with me, Once I shown mobile to one of your service station at Maninagar. They ruined off my mobile and that was like to throw once you receive. They are not trust worthy.
I requested you earlier and now just last time to get my mobile replaced or refund by amount. I am sure to go to Consumer court any how. Was this information helpful? |
