On 25 june 2015, I bought a MICROMAX E311 CANVAS NITRO 2 G Smart Mobile Phone from Hari Om Custom Collection, Borivali (East). The First time My Phone Has been submitted in Micromax Authorised Service Center on 15 November 2015 to 4 December 2015 but Problems are not Solved. & 2nd Time My Phone again submitted On 08 February 2016 to 10 February 2016 & Currently 3rd time My Mobile Phone again submitted On 12 February 2016 in Micromax Authorised Service Center M/S BHAGVATI MOBILE, SHOP NO. 201, V-STAR MALL, BORIVALI (WEST) under Jobsheet No. W[protected] Due to Some of Issued in Mobile Phone.
I have discovered that the phone has the following problem – Phone Look Up, Phone Not Responding, Phone Hang Again And Again.
