Micromax — Mobile not get repair from last 50 days | |||||
Respected Sir, I had purchase a new Micro max CANVAS A300 mobile. The mobile is in warranty condition and some problem occurs.I submit the phone to authorized service centre in haridwar on 16/11/2015 and from last 50 days i m regularly following them but no response from that side regarding the same. i also call to micromax customer care on [protected], but there is no response from their end also, and whenever i call to micromax customer care they put my call on hold for 10-15 minute and due to non respond i forced to cut the call. i have spend lots of money on following up for my mobile. i also mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but their is no response is received sir i m very disappointed from this please give me the solution what i have to do. i have given my mobile phone Canvas A300 for repair on 16/11/2015 but till yet i have not received my phone back. also i contact to customer care but no satisfactory response is received from service centre. haridwar service center is also not opened since 10 day.
ALSO WHENEVER I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE NO. I.E.[protected] SOMETIMES NO BODY PICK THE CALL, SOMETIME CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE PUT MY CALL ON HOLD AND SOME TIME NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED BY THE CARE TEAM. I HAVE ALREADY SPENT MUCH MONEY ON CALL. AND SINCE LAST TWO MONTH I DON'T HAVE ANY PHONE YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW MUCH PROBLM I AM FACING.
it is very ashamed service shown by Micromax..
please return my phone soon.
