[Resolved] Micromax — Mobile phone repairing | |||
Sir/Madam, I'm facing very trouble from Micromax service center. I have submitted my mobile phone Android One(AQ4501) IMEI NO- [protected]/[protected] With Complaint ID- N[protected] in service center on 5 November 2015, They said the main-board of the mobile will be changed so it will take 45 days to repair. I want to know does a phone repairing needs 45 days?? Leave it. After 45 days when I asked about my phone so they told me to come after one week, After 1 week when I again asked for my Phone and now they are saying I will get my mobile after 15 days. They are delaying date every time Its almost 2 months I have no mobile with me this is because of careless service of Micromax. Please help me. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
