Micromax — MOBILE PHONE SERVICE RESPONSE IS VERY POOR

Dear Sir I have purchased one Micromax Mobile Phone Model No. A290 at Delhi on 06.02.2015. My Instrument S.No.[protected]. I hereby inform you that the phone switched off often within one month p eriod and also receiving voice problem. The same instrument handed over to your authorized service centre ABU COMMUNICATION at Tirunelveli Junction, Tamilnadu on 14.03.2015. After that I have called them somany times regarding this issue. Always they are saying that they are not getting Spares so far. Sir Is this your product quality and service performance?
