Product is Knight 2- E471, I had bought this phone just 4 months back and already got it replaced in July, now again i'm facing some problems and they are not able to resolve it. There behaviour towards the customer is not correct. I would like to get a refund of my phone so that I can purchase a new phone and use it without any problem. It creates a ot of trouble.
