Hi Sir,
I have purchased Micromax Knight 350 on 07/11/2014 and the battery cannot be getting charged due to the plug issue since the last month. Then I approached one of your authorised service centres at Cochin ( Usnaz Tower, MG Road, Opp. Medical trust Hospital, Cochin -682016) on 17/07/2015 and got assurance as it will be repaired within two weeks. Since I have contacted the dealer after 2 weeks period, they informed me as it will get repaired within 2/3 days. However this has not been adhered even after the 3 days and they are reiterating the same tenure while calling the concerned dealer.
I have phoned the dealer on 07/08/2015 and got reply as the parts have not yet reached and will get return back on 13/08/2015 without any delay. I have phoned on 13th morning and got reply as I will get it at 3 PM and it was a really irritating reply while phoned at 3 PM, it will take another two weeks to get my device repaired.
I spend over 15000/- on your product and supposed to get the intact services without any delay.
I ought to have the assured warranty for the item or will it possible to get a new phone.
I need to get prompt response for my concerns otherwise; I will step up with further legal actions.
