Micromax — Mobile repair warranty replace | |||||
Respected, Concerning subject customer named Vaishnavi Sonawane, gave her mobile on 25/07/2016 to following micromax service center - M/S SHREE ENTERPRISES, PRALHAD COMPLEX, OSMANPURA AURANGABAD-431005. Submitted mobile (ImEI- [protected]) was under warranty period. Its has been 8 months the customer haven't got back her mobile even after repeated inquiries. Staff is being so rude now and giving unsatisfactory responses. If the same follows we have decided to go customer resilience forum to register a complain against micromax.
