Micromax — Mobile Repairing not done after due date

Dear sir/Madam, My mobile micromax A082(Grey) was given for repairing work on[protected] and they said me that my phone will be repair and given back to me within 15 days. But till today i.e. 11/05/2015 date, I haven't my phone back. I have submitted a complaint on this portal as on 20/04/2015 but you haven't communicated to me on my complaint or neither solve my problem.
