Micromax — Mobile sent for repair

Greetings !!

I have given My mobile for repair on 1 sept below are details MCROMAX A[protected]
at M/S ABAUS Systems SCO-824 NAC, MANIMAJRA Chandigarh 160101

But there is response from there side and they also not aware what is the status of the mobile, I am facing not of problem because of that as my lot of work on mobile
They has also not given any phone to me on stand by .There service is really bad .

Kindly resolve this issue asap .
