Micromax Mobiles — 45 DAYS WENT STILL CELL PHONE NOT GOT REPAIRED IN SERVICE CENTER

My A106 micromax stopped working and i had given it to the service center of M/S VASHI SERVICES Thane west - 400602 dated 22nd Dec 2014. This is the ticket no W[protected] This is the complaint no MMX[protected] I dont want to hear keep patience and we are doing it. Patience is already over now How much time does it takes to replace a motherboard? I dont think so it takes more than 3 hours. You guys have kept my cell phone for more than 45 days and its enough time to fix it I have been calling them everyday and the phone is always engaged.I have been noticing this since 3 weeks and been trying every 5 mins for continously 3 weeks. But my call was never connected When they come to office they keep their receiver aside so that we can't contact them. This is really annoying.These are the contact no[protected] / 25444300
