Micromax Mobiles — delay in delivary

i deposit my mobile on 23 april at micromax service center for a minor problem within warranty period but 16 may they cleverly took away the jobsheet and issue another jobsheet (E[protected] on 16/05/2015 and tell me that they will send the handset to kolkata to fix the problem. it almost 2.5 months..i have posted my issue to their wall, even sent a mail to different mail ids ...but they always replied to me through copy pasted messages... they have the worst service centers and staff...they always told me that they will give my handset next week, but next week never happens...totally mental harassment... email id - biswas.[protected]@gmail.com
