Micromax Mobiles — Delay in service.

Hi, I am Tarun kumar Dash and this is regarding the delay in service by micromax service center. I had some functional problem in the power and volume up/down button of my newly bought micromax unite 2 mobile. So, I went to the service center of micromax near Jayanagar on 4th April 2015. They received the mobile, gave me a job-sheet receipt and said it will be repaired within 4-5 days. I will get a call from them once it is done and then I can get back the phone by showing that job-sheet receipt. So, I agreed to the condition and came back on that day. I waited for 7-8 days and then I called the service center to get the status. But nobody picked my call up or there was no call back from them. Finally, I went to the service center to find out what happened. There they said that for some L2 level issue, they have sent the phone to the company repairing center and it has not come back. They also said I will get back my phone within one week following to the previous statement. But even after three weeks I did not get my phone back. Even after I told them to at least pick up the call, they are not receiving the calls afer I had submitted the phone. Then I started mailing the head-micromax office (number and email provided by the service center). They responded that for my phone is sent to the operational team on the prior basis and I will get it back very soon. But they never mentioned a particular range even after I insisted. On, 4th May I got a call back from micromax saying sorry for delay. They said within 2 weeks I will get my phone starting from 4th may 2015. I trusted them and waited. On 16th may 2015, I again called them regarding the status. An agent named Kuldeep told me that it will take more 30 working days from today for the phone to be repaired. Now, what should I do ? They have been playing with me like this since one and half month but not doing anything. I am not sure when I will get back my phone or even get it back. Neither the service center nor the micromax head-office is giving me the status or deadline regarding the phone. Even they are not replying to all mails. Kuldeep (The agent) assured on 16th may2015 me that I will get call back from them regarding the status of the phone in 2 days but till now there is no response from there side. They are simply playing with me saying more 15/30 days every time I call them. Finally, I have to report this issue in consumer complaint which is the last option I have. I am giving the details those are needed.
