[Resolved] Micromax Mobiles — Fade up with Micromax Mobile Services | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I am Avnish Kushwah and had purchased a handset Model Micromax A121 on dated 29/09/2014 but within one week, it got hanged and other major problems received like Sensor problem, Auto Switch off. I deposited the handset in Micromax service center twice at M/S Future Communication – SCO-37, 1st Floor, Sector 41-D, Chandigarh and AKS Telecom SCO-09, Sector-20D, Chandigarh for repairing Handset last month.But both times, they reset the handset and give back to me. But the issue had not resolved till then. I submitted the Handset again to AKS Telecom SCO-09, Sector-20D, Chandigarh on Dated-02/12/2014. The service person informed me that handset's motherboard will be replaced under warranty till 15/12/2014 but still i did'nt receive any kind of information regarding the same. They are not proper responding regarding time to receive the handset back. I have called to Service centre today, but they are saying that it will take one more week to solve the issue. Then, I again called to Micromax Toll free number [protected], but the Micromax executive saying that it will take 30 days... Now I got fade up with this type of services from Micromax mobile. I just want to know that when will I get my handset back??? They are not replying on mail also... Please take neccessary action to solve the matter.
