Micromax Mobiles India — Slowness of mobile

I have buyed a micromax mobile one month ago but from the first day onwards it is awsomely slow. I mean if you open an application it will take atleast a decade to open I am very disappointed as this is my forth Micromax mobile and I was very excited to use it. Now I think that I have done a mistake I approched to the shop also from where I buyed this mobile but they r also not responding.
