With reference to the job sheet number N[protected] Dated 10 march 2014,
regarding the repair / replacement of my phone Micromax A110, it’s been more than one year and still I have no clue about the same, will someone tell me the status of my phone? This is seriously not going to work. I trusted in Micromax as an brand but it did not stand up to full fill the trust of me as an customer.
I bought Micromax canvas. Within four months it started creating problem. I have submitted my phone to service center solution world Janak Puri on 10th march and you people promised it to return within 7 to 10 days since then (more than 13 Months) i have been chasing you guys on emails and phone calls but customer care has no satisfactory answer and has not taken any action on the same, As a loyal I am very disappointed with the quality of product and the response and services being provided by Micromax.I am expecting an immediate call back and favorable action.Name– Sandeep SinghMobile number – [protected] Phone model– A110Job sheet number N[protected]Handset submit date – 10th march 2014
