Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I bought a Micromax Canvas 2 Colours A120(grey) mobile on 03/01/2015 from Straight Link Shop, Hill Cart Road, Siliguri-734001, west bengal, India. Now my mobile went repair on 02/11/2015 at M/S APEX SOLUTIONS, Jalpai more, beside uco bank Siliguri-734004. Its been 2 months and 5 days the service center is not returning my phone.Whenever I call to Service Center([protected]) they always says wait 15 days more to repair.In this circumstances, please help me so that I can get back my mobile phone as soon as possible.
