Dear All, 1. I purchased Micromax Convas6 (Model No E485) on 13/06/2016 (Bill Att). On 26/06/2016, I replaced the SIM card. When I switched on my handset, It was showing a message that please enter the Privacy Protection Lock password whereas I haven't put any type of screen lock password. 2. After It I go to Micromax Care at M/S Aarjay Associates on 27/06/2016 located at nearby Palarivattam, Ernakulam, Kerala. They told me that today software can not be download and come tomorrow and we will return your phone with in 1-2 hours. On the next day I went there. They keep my phone and commit for tomorrow morning. On 29/06/2016 I called them, they again told me for come at tomorrow. Today I again went there they told me that there is no any software available. 3. I asked them for complaint/Suggestion Book. They refused for the same and told me that we are not having this type of any book/Register. Again I asked the number of any senior/Responsible person and they refused for the same and one of female staff told me "Nahi Dunga".The behaviour of whole staff specially their Manager (Ladies staff) was very unprofessional and rude. Contact Number[protected] & [protected] 4. After it my phone is totally unused and the amount of Rs 14000/- is totally waste. 5. In view of the above, you are requested to refund my amount within 2-3 working days. After it unfortunately I have to go for Legal actions. Was this information helpful? | |||||
