[Resolved] Micromax Mobiles — Micromax poor after sales service | |
Hi, I am vishal Goel (Mob- +91-[protected]). I have purchased MIcromax A116i mobile, canvas Full HD, on 9 feb 2014. On 20 june it stopped working. I approched Micromax service centre-(SRI Dhatre Mobiles, Dimond Towers, Shop no 13, 14, Between Taj Tristar hotel and hotel Belson aj Mahal, Opp. Manju Theatre, Secunderabad, AP Phone-[protected], [protected]) and they raised a battery replacement request. After waiting 15 days I received the battery from them but still mobile didnt worked. They said its motherboard issue, They raised another request for motherboard replacement (Job sheet-s[protected]) on 9 july 2014 and asked me to collect repaired mobile within 10 days but till now they have not given my phone back. Everytime I call them they give me same excuse- 'Parts have not received from company'.23 days have been passed from the day of raising request, but still parts are not received, and service centre people are saying they didn't received parts and asked me to wait. Please help me in getting my mobile repaired.I am feeling I have done big mistake by purchasing micromax mobile after seeing its TOO POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE but already spent money on this.
