I have purchased a mobile Micromax Spark Q380, Puchesed Bill No: SB6D58/15-16/159598, Dated on:27June.2015.
From date of purchasing, within a Month my mobile having lot of problems That is..
1. Hanging,
2. Don’t having battery power backup.
3.automatic on off.
Then I gave the authorized service center in Meerut They checked the mobile and accept the problems & rectify the same.but again within one month the same problem create, so I gave the mobile for repairing purpose immediately. This time they are telling software problem & they did the same & return to me.
on 29 Dec 2015 again problem persist & i go service center ( ROYAL SERVCES, at Rani Bagh) & they said their is no Seal at all & it will be chargeable basis ???
I tried to convince him that whenever i got problem i go to service center & i dont know what they do with the phone ??? but did not hear a single word & they give me estimate of Rs 2800 & taken Rs100 for service charges ( Job sheet enclosed ).
My question is that how would i know what repair has been done & after repair they again pack with seal by your authorise service center ???
Now what can I do ????
I am lay man & I bought mobile after 4 month of my saving & i use my phone very care fully.
is my mistake to purchased micromax mobile ???
Please replace the mobile or take necessary action. I'm waiting for positive response.
