[Resolved]  Micromax Mobiles — Mobile Handset not giving back

My mobile micromax A62 was given for repair as the power does not switch on dated 25-08-14 and it is still 2015 January i am not getting my phone back. My phone was on year warranty period as I purchase the same on 31/12/2013 but it seems that the warrant period is over now and the phone is still pending with them. Every month i am visiting to their office located in Kalkaji till the phone submitted and everytime they send me back without given any satisfying answer. They provided the phone number also but everytime it shows busy. I just want to know when i will get back my mobile as they keep harassing like me this everytime.
