Micromax Mobiles — Non-receipt of micromac mobile A350 deposited for repairing since last month.

I had deposited a micromax mobile A350 due to some troubles at M/s B.R. Services, C-30, GF, Near SBI Bank, Lajpat Nagar, Part-2, New Delhi on 25/07/2015 vide Jobsheet No. - N[protected]. When I am deposting the mobile, they assured to get it repaired / replaced within 20 to 25 days. But, till now, same is not received. On enquiry, they given for a 10 days more. I am an Govt. Official and proceeding to Kerala from Delhi on posting. Hence, it is great convenient to get same back in today i.e 19/08/2015.
