Micromax Mobiles — not received my mobile phone after submitted in service centre past 1 months

Dear Sir, My Micromax A121 Canvas Elanza have display problem and i had given it to the service center of M/s Goswami Communication 2153 F, Bawana Road, Mandi Extn, Opp. Axis Bank, Narela, Delhi – 110040 contact No:[protected] dated 27th Dec 2014. This is the ticket no N[protected]. How much time does it takes to replace the display? I dont think so it takes more than 1 week. You guys have kept my cell phone for more than 30 days and its enough time to fix it I have been calling them everyday and the phone is always engaged and not picked by any one. I have faced lots of problem due to this and no any alternative option will be provided by them.
