To Customer care Micromax It is very sad to write that my tablet not repaired yet. Please find my jobsheet no. N[protected] dated[protected]. I have given my tablet P480 on[protected] to your customer care M/s Satguru communication, Sector-27, Noida. But still tablet not return back. Please return my tablet after repair. Also please let me know by mail or by mobile to collect the same. We would be able to resolve the issue with your device in a short span as it is been taken care on priority by our repair team. After repair the problems To Micromax Customer care I need to inform you that I have given my tablet P480 for repair with the following problems on 27-Oct-15; 1. No pendrive connection. 2. No computer connection. 3. Charging of battery very selow. 4. Sometimes hanging. They return yesterday (19-Nov-15). They return after 24 days. Which is too much time for repair. Without mobile it is very difficult to live one day only. I am not satisfied for this temparory repair. They took one cable upside of sim 1 slot and connect to inside. Please see the repairing image. The image clear all the things to you. I need permanent repair not the temparory one. Please look into the matter and tell me when I will submit again my tablet on your service center. Thank you!
