[Resolved] Micromax Mobiles — Not responding correctly | |||
I purchased a mobile model no micromaxq335 from a micromex exclusive store on 21/11/15, and on 7th jan i was having a problem with my mobile battery, on 11/01/2016 i subited my mobile to micromax service center told them the problem, they ask me to come next day, but next day when i went there they said they have sort out the problem, but after 10 m my mbile was in same problem and now they hve said me that they will chang the battery and asked for 7 days time which is not acceptable, they have deleted all my infomation contacts and importantant not on my mobile, i mean to say that if battery was the problem they sgould have changed it on sade day only without erasing my mobile detail Was this information helpful? | |||
