Micromax Mobiles — Not return my yu yureka phone after service

Dear Concern My Yu Yurek is software problem and i gave the phone Micromax service center M/S V.K Mobail World Kashipur Uttarakhand-244713 on dated:-20/11/2015 Against Job sheet no.E[protected]. I have complaint many times to you customer services team ( case #MMX[protected] ticket no.1819945, & 195032regarding this, Every time I'm only getting empathy but there is no resolution for this. Now It's almost about to be 1 month now but still the issue is same, Neither I getting support nor my phone If this time I didn't get my phone back, I will escalate it with consumer court & also ask for the compensation for that mental harassment which caused to me from your side.
