Micromax Mobiles — Pathetic Services of Micromax service centers

Last month on 8th June'15 i had submit my Micromax Canvas knight phone at gurgaon service center, at that time they told me come after 20-22 days and they will provide my phone. After 22 days on 30th June'15 (saturday) when I called, they told me that my phone will not repair and they will provide me new phone. They asked me 2 option Micromax A300 or Canvas knight with 16 gb.I told them ok provide me any phone, they agreed an told me come on tuesday to take the phone. I again called them on tuesday, they said phone status is showing in dispatch come after 2-3 day. On the same day I got the call from micromax that they dont have which phone we want. I told them have already comfirmed about the phone and still told them provide me A300. They agreed again. The same process they are repeating till today and still not providing any comfirmation. I am totally stuck with your service.
