Before 4-5 month i bought micromax A290 smart phone, at first time it was continuously switching off, i put my smart phone in micromax care for more than one one month, but the problem doesn't get resolved but additionally it was unable to search network at every place even in micromax care but they told me that when u'll be outside the care there will be network on your device. i put the device again in micromax care after some days but the problem remains same. I received my smart phone before 2 days now the problem of continuous switch off is resolved but it is unable to search network in most of the places, this problem is not with specific SIM card. first time called micromax online help but care person replied me, that "how would you know that there is problem with network ic?" they suggest me to put phone in care, i did the same in second time, but still problem is unsolved. i told them about consumer forum but they replied you can.
I am facing too much problems without my device, please hepl me! i am attaching mail conversation which i have done with micromax, it includes complaint number
