Dear sir, I bought a micromax canvas eg111 on last 30th october 14.But suddenly on 22nd october 15 it was not turning on. I submitted the handset to the jalpai more siliguri micromax service center. On 23rd octobern 15. Near about one month i suffered for my smartphone till date no solution from micromax. my job sheet no :-E[protected]. the service centre (Apex Solution, Siliguri) owner (Anand mittal) said major problem in mother board, sir, i am facing this problem since six months and as on 22.10.2015 phone was dead. please solve my problem immediately or replace this. alternate replacement option:: Micromax Canvas Nitro E311 16 GB
