Micromax Mobiles — Waiting for replacement of handset

This is with ref to my earlier complaint and in regard to it received a call from Head Office that your handset will be replaced with A315 and will be sent to service centre but when I went there yesterday they were not aware of any such information and after waiting there for 1/2 hour was told to go back.My job card no is[protected] dt 7/9/2015.and the handset model A290 is with Mobile Zone service centre Ludhiana.I hope that the Head Office will look into the matter and do the needful.
