Micromax Mobiles — worst behaviour of customer service people | |||
My job sheet number is : N[protected]. I have bought micromax nitro 310 on oct 18th 2014.Since from 2nd day i am facing software issue & batree problem they told me to reset my mobile & told me to watch for one day. But again same problem, On oct 24th they updated software & told me to watch another 2 days but this time mobile is automatically getting switch off & batree is discharging in 4-5 hrs.I again visited on 27th oct but they did n't gave me any job sheet number on that day but after 3days they had gave job sheet that they have recieved on oct30th.Today also i went there for information but they are responding very badly i told them that i will file at consumer court, they are saying very rudely that what ever you want to do you carry on but your mobile will not get back to you at any case.I tried to inform this to the head at rajahmundry but they are not responding to calls.
