I Am Ravi Shankar Soni, Jaipur. Job Sheet No : W[protected]. Mobile No [protected]. i submit my micromax yu unic-YU-4711 handset on 15/11/2015 to repairing. Till i not get my repair mobile back from service center. So many times i call the Customer care. They gives me answer like that U r mobile reach u within 05 days. But after 40 days i have nothing. The staff said me that your mobile is in our warehouse & it will be reach tu you within 05 days and our Senior call u for more help but i got nothing till date.So i request again to micromax please gave me back my money velue.
