Micromax — Moblie replacing

I have purchased a new Micromax Canvas E455 4G phone on 29/08/2015.The new brand phone having lot of problems such as Charging, Net connectivity and etc.etc. The net operating system has always on on the phone even the net connection position is in Off. I approach the service centre of Jabalpur and they inform me that there is no service for this mobile. How can I replace my handset so as the inconvenience shall be resolved.
