Micromax — More than 6 months, Micromax has not returned my phone

Hi, I had bought Micromax A350 in August 2014. There were few issues related to battery & touchscreen hence I submitted my phone in service centre (M/S Media Enterprises, Shop No 63 / 64, PP Chambers, near KDMC office, Dombivli east) on 29th May, 2015. They promised me to return my phone within 20 days. Now its almost 6 months I haven't received my phone. I am continuously calling service centre as well as Micromax customer care, they hardly respond to my calls or never ever receive calls. Only update I got from service centre that they have sent my phone to Delhi office on 30th July, 2015, after that no response from either side.
