I am karthik from TAMILNADU state COIMBATORE district mobile no([protected])my mobile MICROMAX CANVAS A121 ELANZA 2 IMEI NO [protected]. My mobile was an getting problem.There problem as an automatically restart & mobile get heat. My mobile send the MICROMAX service center at 27/09/2014.They employee is an not response for service center.i give my moblie before 2 month . I am not receiving my mobile till to the this date please tell me for good solution.i need my mobile please take the compline and take action soon . As i was getting my micromax canvas elanza A121 phone before 1.5 years back. From that day i was getting problems of mobile heating, battery, and also storage.
But before some days i was getting problem of IMEI number, automatically the phone restarted and imei number automatically removed. I went to mobile shop and they repaired it. After few days the same problem occured. I was also done repairing once again. Now recently the incident happened that, my phones imei number again deleted by system and phone gets off. Now the service center persons said you have to change board of mobile. (With no guarantee ), with cost 3000 Rs.. if you have any suitable solution for this then please let me know.
I will never use micromax again.
