[Resolved]  Micromax — My new phone is dead

I buy a new mobile canvas-5 e481 model there is no switch on am complaint 1 month but our side not resolved this issue alltime saying in please wait 24 hours.anybody help me

After posted the complaints i got a call from micromax customer care, they told me to send my account details to refund the money i send those details too, but after that i didn't get any response even i tried to reach the customer care but they didn't attend the call, this is how they providing services to the customer. I bought this mobile just one month before and i have used it for 10 to 12 days. I have gone to the micromax service center also but they told me there is no support for this model.
