Micromax — my problem is not slove by service center after waiting three month and i found more damage to my phone

Its been over THREE MONTHS i have not received my phone & ever time Service center is saying that the phone is with company and After 45days. when I received my phone after 100 day's company is giving me a defected phone which is not working. i compliant for display blink and sound problem but not at working and when i receive phone from service center i found that sound key, charging slot also not working
