Micromax — New handset not working | |||
To, The CMD Micromax Infomatics Ltd. Delhi Dear Sir, I purchase a Smart Phone Micromax Canvas A114 IMEI No. [protected] from Top Ten Electronics Sector 30A Vashi on dt.30.12.2014. This set working fine 4 months but after passing 4 months some problem in display and touch screen. I give handset to M/S Vashi Telecom for repairing Display and touch functions. I received back set after 15 to 20 days after follow up. After using 2 month I faced same problem. Again on 17th July 2014 I give handset to M/S Vashi Telecom for repairing. Process of giving handset to service center is very time consuming. I wasted my entire day for only giving handset at this centre. Peoples working there are very hard talking and non co-operative. I got jobsheet no. W[protected]. After regular follow up one day on 19th Aug they said we have closed old job and new job no 11520149 created. Also they told some part required from Micromax mobile which is not in the stock. Finally after spending Rs 11950/- Handset is laying with service centre. So please confirm the above and pl mail your address so I send back this set you as Diwali Gift from my end and I circulate this email to entire friends to don’t purchase Micromax Products due to above reasons.
