Micromax — new phone purchsed,audio outgoing not clear

I has purchased a micromax mobile unite 2 a106 from m/s mama enterprises bo-4, neem road, imami gate, bhopal. when i insert a sim and make a first call there is a audio outgoing problem.i visit your authorised service center poojya enterprises, the experience was very bad, they told to come after a month, given a job no. n[protected]. with new phone this happen is very bad.i need my phone as soon as possible or get the new one.
