[Resolved] Micromax — No proper response from Micromax servicing center. | |||
I gave my micromax mobile for servicing center to repair the power button issue on 8th Nov, 2014 and today date is 23rd Dec still I didnt get response.I sent mail to micromax main centre, they are not responding properly. The official customer care number [protected] is not working, I tried so many times but couldnt connect even once. Even you can now sure it will not work. When I ask about this in service centre they were tellling that they send the mobile to head office and it will take sometime.For repairing one mobile there are taking almost 2 months.Even to manufacture a mobile also it doesnot take much time. I want to consider this complaint serious and try to give back my mobile as soon as possible.Requested you to take serious and avoid this kind of issues in future. Was this information helpful? | |||

I raised this complaint on Dec, 23rd, 2014 and today it is 2nd Jan 2015.Still no resolution and even there is no reply from the service center.
Small doubt is there any use claiming complaint here?? Because service center guys are not caring complaints from the consumer complaints.
Any one please tell me if there is any alternate solution for this.
