I gave my micromax mobile for servicing center to repair the Mother board problem issue on 7th Nov, 2014 and today date is 23rd Dec still I didn’t get proper response. I called personally more than 5 times but every day getting same response like give more 2 days and mobile send to head office.
Job card No- S[protected] and job date 7th Nov, 2014.
EMI No- [protected]/[protected]
Back ground history with fact’s
1) After 3 month of purchase, phone was not working like hang and low battery within 15 min
2) Due to some personal work I didn’t able to find service center in positive manner ( almost one month )
3) After couple of days, I goggled and found service center no.
4) Next month I visited SP- SRI DHATRE Mobiles, Secunderabad TIN No- [protected]
5) Showed the phone and they told phone is ok but problem with battery ( almost 6 month that time)
6) I asked new battery with my on cost but service center didn’t have battery stock and told required at least 1 month
7) Will bought battery next month but phone having same issue
8) Again visited same service center and notify same problem and they agreed phone having board problem
9) Job card created but I didn’t remember date and no now
10) Phone was repaired almost in 45 day’s
11) During the delivery time waited almost 6 hrs. ( They saying phone is fine but some network issue now)
12) Same problem happened after 3 days
13) Notify through phone to service center but I can’t visit same time service center because I’m working in Bangalore and my wife having that phone. I requested to collect my home but not agreed)
14) Again phone was handover to SP- SRI DHATRE Mobiles
Please help to fix the issue ASAP or let me know next escalation path.
