Micromax — No Proper Service @ service centers

Hi There, My name is Anand on 20th June'15 I've handed over my mobile handset to service center in Hyderabad and the personnel said that the handset need to be sent to company (it would b replaced or serviced the same) but they would communicate in short and now its nearly 20 days I dint got any call or when I tried to connect thru toll free #[protected] which never get connected. And service center response is pathetic. Kindly help me out. Regards, Kashyap
