Micromax — No replacement done so far... | |||||
I have contacted micromax helpline no. Several times for replacement of my faulty 'canvas tab p680', and every time they assure me that it will be replaced soon, but 1 months have passed and till now it has not been replaced. They used to play with the customers every time . Every time they used to say the same thing. Its been 2 months i am having problems with the device . Service of micromax is so poor that it just try to get rid of its customers, in however way possible . Sir, the employees at your help desk are so much uncooperative .
